Terms & Conditions — ZT999

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ZT999 platform, accessible at https://zt999.cam ("Platform", "Site", "ZT999"). ZT999 is an English-language online gaming information and service platform serving the Pakistani market and other jurisdictions where access is lawfully permitted.

ZT999 does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and does not claim endorsement, authorisation or approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial government authority, or any Pakistani financial institution including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. References to these entities are informational context only.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing the ZT999 Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of the Site — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been registered. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

To register and maintain an account on ZT999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Being of legal age does not in itself make gambling lawful in Pakistan — you must independently verify applicable local law.
• You are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a Restricted Jurisdiction in which access to the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering only one (1) account in your own legal name. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee or proxy for any third party. All bets, deposits and withdrawals must be conducted on your own behalf using your own funds.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, had an account suspended or been notified that you are not permitted to hold an account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of the Operator or any affiliated entity.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You have the financial capacity to engage in gambling activities within your personal budget.

To create an account on ZT999, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required for identity verification. You agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts, regardless of whether they use different email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers, constitute a material breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Operator will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Operator immediately via the support channels listed in Section 17 of these Terms.

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during the registration process or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.

ZT999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling requirements. Users may be required to submit identity and address verification documentation before processing withdrawals, or at any other time at the Operator's reasonable discretion.

KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot or copy of the payment account linked to your ZT999 account)
• Source of funds declaration if required under applicable AML obligations

The Operator will endeavour to process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of verification. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing timelines and accepts no liability for delays arising from incomplete or unclear documentation.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Operator reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to request additional verification before processing a deposit at its reasonable discretion.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are published in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. Pakistani users should note that familiar payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are listed in the cashier for informational context only — availability must be verified at the time of use, and none of these providers endorse or affiliate with ZT999 or any gambling operator.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements and a satisfactory account standing review. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability.

The Operator does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Estimated processing windows are published in the help centre and are subject to change. The Operator reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request before approving it.

ZT999 operates in multiple currencies. Pakistani users may interact with PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where available, though the Platform's base operating currency and applicable conversion rates are as published in the cashier at the time of transaction. Currency conversion costs are the user's responsibility.

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. The Operator's dormant account policy, including any applicable inactivity fees, is published in the Platform's help centre. Users are encouraged to review this policy to avoid unintended deductions.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral rewards and other promotions offered by ZT999 ("Promotional Offers") are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand all applicable terms before accepting any Promotional Offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages and time limits are set out in the individual promotion terms.

ZT999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and wagering on excluded games to clear wagering requirements. The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

Promotional Offers are available at the Operator's discretion and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for specific promotions may depend on account verification status, residency, payment method or other criteria as specified in individual promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZT999 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement authorities as appropriate:

1. Using the Platform while located in or ordinarily resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
2. Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person.
3. Providing false, incomplete or fraudulent identity or payment information.
4. Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, financial crime or any other unlawful activity.
5. Employing automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to access or interact with the Platform.
6. Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or game malfunctions. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
7. Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of any sporting event or game outcome.
8. Colluding with other users or sharing information with third parties in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
9. Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server or other anonymisation tool with the intent to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
10. Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform support staff or other users.
11. Publishing, reproducing or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform without the Operator's express written consent.

All Content on the ZT999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, page layouts and data compilations — is the property of the Operator or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without the Operator's prior written consent.

ZT999 does not reproduce protected logos or official marks of any Pakistani government body, sports organisation (including PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket franchise), payment provider or financial institution. References to such organisations are editorial context only and do not imply partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZT999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform
• Interruptions, delays or errors in Platform access or functionality
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Any third-party content, services or external websites linked to or from the Platform
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill or business opportunity
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law

Nothing in these Terms limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

ZT999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. ZT999 collects personal data necessary to provide the Platform's services, fulfil KYC obligations and comply with applicable legal requirements. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not share it with unaffiliated parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy. You may close your account at any time by contacting ZT999 support. Before processing a closure request, the Operator will verify your identity and ensure that any pending bets are settled and any outstanding KYC requirements are met. Available real-money balances (subject to bonus conditions) will be returned to you upon successful closure.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe
• Court order, regulatory direction or instruction from a competent authority
• Discovery that the user is located in or ordinarily resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Discovery that the user is under the required minimum age

Where an account is closed due to fraud or material breach, the Operator reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation and/or to refer the matter to law enforcement.

Users who self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons may not re-register a new account during the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating new accounts constitute a breach of these Terms and will be treated as multi-accounting.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the Platform's licence information. This choice of law does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Pakistani law or the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged in the first instance to contact ZT999 support to seek resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process available under the Operator's applicable licence conditions, as published in the Platform's help centre.

ZT999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-screen notice upon next login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
